I have another blog where I posted lots of photos etc of my pets, however I can't figure out how to merge it with this one. I guess I will start a new one. I have been working out 4 days per week starting January 2, 2010 at a place called D1. D1 is for serious athletes. I go to a class for non athletes. The class leaves me very tired and in pain. My coach was a professional football player and is very encouraging to me.
I also seriously started to eat healthier at the same time I joined D1. I work 1 day per week in a Weight Management program and they expect me to be a role-model, which scared me into being more serious with my health. I will post my lipid profile and some other health related information to motivate myself. I haven't decided if I will post my weight. I might post my BMI. I must think about it a little more.
